This was my first time having to replace windows and a door. The journey was most certainly an education. I live in a historical neighborhood on top of it all, so I needed help navigating a historical application review and qualifications for making historically appropriate updates to my home, and permitting. I sourced 8 companies for this project and while 5 of them were competitive on pricing, I chose Rite Window specifically because of Jay.
The product options were explained to me, including custom option opportunities, in detail that I could understand. I felt Jay help educate me just enough to help me feel informed enough to make decisions on a financially expensive project. Every question I had was happily received and quickly addressed. Jay was even willing to go the extra mile and send me a sample product, as well as help me present to the historical society, so they would approve my project, when the odds were not in my favor.

Rite Window stands by its warranty, providing clients with fine service should a problem arise, even several years after an installation. Rite Window technician Joe arrived punctually to replace a foot lock that had gone out of alignment. Secure in his expertise, Joe examined the mechanism carefully and realigned the lock with no problem. In addition, he performed a thorough maintenance check not only on the affected slider but on the other one that had been formerly installed. He observed that screws needed tightening to ensure ease of opening and closing the sliders. Communicating a cheerful attitude, Joe takes pride in his work. Replacing my windows was the first big-money project I wanted to tackle in my house. I initially set up at-home quote sessions with 3 different companies. By far, Rite Window was the most transparent of the three. We worked with Spencer T. who didn't approach us as a slimy sales guy, just as a guy who wanted to help us replace our windows. In the end, Rite felt like the best choice for us given the price vs. quality ratio. Once we agreed on terms, the communication was very clear and the installation was just a one day job. A day after the installation, I noticed a small tear in one of the screens, and Rite was quick to send someone out to repair it which speaks to their customer service. Without hesitation, I would recommend Rite Window to anyone looking to replace their windows.

Rite Window went above and beyond all reasonable expectations to meet my totally unreasonable time constraints for job completion. Every staff member involved, including sales, scheduling and the installation crew worked quickly and professionally. Kohler products are pricy but high quality, skilled labor difficult to find and expensive so the price paid reflects the quality and the timing needed to meet my needs; therefore, reasonable. From my consultation with Colin, to my installation, everyone was courteous, knowledgeable, and personable. Colin was able to help me save as much money as I could finalizing my project.

Because of a hip abnormality, my walk in shower was listed as a medically necessary rush job and everything was completed in less than 20 days. I added a fold down seat and hand held sprayer, both game changers for this aging senior. The end result, a beautiful, extremely functional walk in shower with the highest quality materials. The workmanship and aesthetics, very appealing!

David team did our windows in southern Maine, an over 2hr drive from Boston. They communicated in advance on when they would be there, did a great overall job replacing 8 windows in a two day span.
