Initial Review;
I needed my single pane wood windows re-caulked for the Second time in 62 years - and I did NOT want to remove and re putty over 100 panes of glass - AGAIN. I also did not look forward to the hassle of Buying replacement windows. Finally I got a few good leads about Rite Window. I contacted Jason C. and Told him right out I hated salesman and installers - and he may waste his time calling - but I needed Windows. He arrived - and we discussed options - and he was the Best Sales rep I'd seen in years. ALL my questions were answered. He even Called his base and his installers to get me immediate answers. I was Impressed with the product and the Warranty - but then it came down to the pricing for replacing my 10 windows with their double pane windows . At First, As Expected, the pricing was high - but the Windows were well made - and pricing was just out of my budget. Again, Jason called his office and we worked with some minor changes to the glass option and re crunched the numbers - and we had a deal !!! After Waiting for my windows to be made to order (to ensure the best fit and least co$t to replace) - the crew came and installed them. No Mess, No Fuss, everyone was super nice as I asked everyone dozens of questions on the product and the install. The Install included Wrapping my window trim as well. Everyone I Talked with I asked how Rite Window was to work for - and all loved their work - and it showed. I've waited awhile before I posted this as I wanted to get to use the windows and wait to see out the windows performed in the colder weather. I can Sum this up with with 4 words - WHY did I wait ... I'm sure my heating bill will will begin to payback this Winter !! SteveC

But what about a Year later ????

Well, Most reviews I see are right after the Sale and installation .... What about after a year or more ??

Summary - Absolutely NO issues ! I love my Windows.

A few comments after I've had a year to use these;

No more cold spots around my windows.
It would take me 15 or more Minutes to clean each of my old windows with the separate storm windows due to inside outside access/trips for the windows/storms/screens. Now with my Cleaning stuff in hand and in front of a window - Less than 2 Minutes !!!
They Look Great and I have had lots of Compliments. They could not believe my low price when they asked.
I did have a screen get damaged - But it was Covered under the Warranty and they quicky repaired on site in less than an hour after arriving at my home in just a few days !!
Noise is noticeably reduced.
Heating bill was well down for the entire winter.... I Probably saved 100 Gallons? of fuel oil!
The only thing I regret was not doing this YEARS earlier ...

Skeptical of ANY big company as far as price, quality and installation goes. My buddy used them, so I checked out his windows first, before I made my decision, in using Rite Window. I ended up making the move and it ended up coming out fantastic. The sales, measurement process and install, was FLAWLESS. The quality of the windows was noticable immediately, as it's much quieter now. These things are tight but move effortless with just 2 fingers. Smooth, easy to open and clean. 50 year warranty on the glass and unlimited on the frame......u cannot beat it. I'm very pleased.

We had a bathtub to walk-in shower remodel as well as a new bathroom vanity. The installation process was seamless. Our installers Bob and Jason exceeded our expectations. They were reliable, very customer focused and their workmanship a 10! We are very happy with the finished product. A stress-free remodel!

Rite Windows are absolutely fantastic. I replaced all the back windows in my house 2024. I needed some assistance with one of the windows and technician Joe Glufling arrived to help. He figured out what was wrong and it was nothing to do with window but a frame. He came up with a genius idea and problem solved. Such a great young man who thinks outside the box . The company is just the best. From getting the quote, reasonable pricing and excellent customer service.

We recently replaced all of our downstairs windows and a sliding door through Rite Window. The gentleman who came out to assess our needs (Peter) was thoughtful, comprehensive, and paid attention to the fact that we had limited time due to having two under two. The crew that did the install was fast, efficient, and clean. There was one screen that needed to be repaired. The technician arrived right on time, was pleasant and fixed the screen quickly. We are thrilled with our new windows and the experience we had working with Rite Window.

From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. They were fast, reliable, and extremely efficient — the installation was done quicker than I expected without sacrificing quality. I especially appreciate their lifetime warranty, which gives me real peace of mind.

We had every window in our home replaced a few weeks ago. We are extremely pleased with the whole purchasing process and the quality of the windows. Everything was done according to schedule. Matt and Jeff, the installers, were efficient, courteous and all-around top notch. We would absolutely recommend Rite.

We are really happy with hiring Rite Window to install over 65 windows in our Lincoln, MA home.
Our house was designed for us by architects nearly 30 years ago. The design of the windows was a very key part of the home - for example they carefully oriented the house on an east - west axis and carefully considered how sunlight would play on those windows as the sun went from sunrise to sunset. Every detail, including the molding and window style was very carefully planned.
So, 30 years later, when those windows began to leak and fail we were very particular about what type of window was going to go in our home. We considered Marvin, but they were way too expensive and we were not convinced their quality was better than Rite window. And we asked a lot of questions and did a lot of research.
With Rite Window, we felt the quality was very high. Our sales rep, Pete Smith, was phenomenal in listening to our needs and putting a plan in place to meet them. He was able to get us custom moldings that matched our originals. We have a huge assortment of window types - casement windows 50 inches square to tiny ones 14 inches on a side. We have double hung windows, picture windows, we even have clerestory windows 30 feet off the floor. Pete was able to guide us through selecting all the correct windows for each location, and he did it with a smile and an easy going manner.
When it came time for the installation, Pete held our hands as we got ready, and was always available for the call if needed.
The installation team of Quentin, Phil, and Charlie did an amazing job. They listened to our every request and did all that was needed to make it happen. They left the house clean, with no trace of construction debris.
When we had a few minor issues after the installation was complete, Rite Window sent a team of 3 guys to fix whatever problem we had, just two days after the call. The issues were really minor, so it was very impressive that Rite Window dedicated so much resources to make sure we were happy.
And we are happy. The windows are gorgeous. They are sealed tight as a drum. And they meet our very high standards for architectural quality. The price, while not the biggest factor for us, was also very good. Much better than the competition. I will happy recommend Rite Window to friends, neighbors or anyone in need of high quality windows.

This was my first time having to replace windows and a door. The journey was most certainly an education. I live in a historical neighborhood on top of it all, so I needed help navigating a historical application review and qualifications for making historically appropriate updates to my home, and permitting. I sourced 8 companies for this project and while 5 of them were competitive on pricing, I chose Rite Window specifically because of Jay.
The product options were explained to me, including custom option opportunities, in detail that I could understand. I felt Jay help educate me just enough to help me feel informed enough to make decisions on a financially expensive project. Every question I had was happily received and quickly addressed. Jay was even willing to go the extra mile and send me a sample product, as well as help me present to the historical society, so they would approve my project, when the odds were not in my favor.
I sourced Rite Window because they had good reviews, like some of the other Boston area competitors. I narrowed my search based on their pricing and product quality, but I chosen them because of Jay’s attention to detail, consistent communication and professionalism. Jay is truly proud of the organization he works with, and I hope they know just how valuable he is.
