Lifetime Warranty on Vinyl Frames and Sashes
Rite Window warrants that the vinyl finish on the windows frames and the sashes will not crack, blister, peel, or discolor (except for normal weathering) under normal use and service for as long as you own your home.
50 Year Warranty on Glass Unit
All glass is warrantied to be free from defects in material and manufacturing, and free from material obstruction of view caused by film formation and/or dust collection between the interior surface of the glass due to the failure of the seal, under normal use and service, for 50 years from the date of purchase.
50 Year Warranty on Accidental Glass Breakage
Replacement glass will be provided free of charge once the product is installed in your home for any broken glass unit in the window for 50 years from the date of installation. (exception: vandalism, acts of God, units with beveled specialty leaded glass, decorative glass or blinds in between the glass.)
50 Year Warranty on Parts and Accessories
Accessories and parts affixed to the windows are warrantied to be free from defects in material and manufacturing, under normal use and service, for 50 years from the date of purchase. This limited warranty does not apply to any accessories not affixed to the window.
50 Year Warranty on Labor
All installations are warrantied to be free from defects in workmanship. Labor Warranty – All labor necessary to correct any item covered by any portion of the total warranty will be provided at no extra charge by Rite Window.
Transferable
This warranty may be transferred to the Owner’s immediate transferee provided the owner 1) Registers their warranty here within 30-days of project completion, and 2) the transferee notifies Rite Window in writing at the address below within ninety (90) days of the property’s deed transfer date. The correspondence must include the original owner’s name and address, and the transferee’s (new owner’s) name and phone number.
