Lifetime Warranty
Rite Window & Door extends a limited lifetime warranty on all fiberglass and steel door systems. Our door systems are guaranteed not to: shrink, rot, warp, split, crack, or delaminate.
10 Year Warranty on Labor
All installations are warrantied to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of installation. All labor necessary to correct any item, part, or accessory covered by the warranty will be provided at no charge.
50 Year Warranty on Glass Breakage
Rite Window & Door will provide replacement glass free of charge for any broken or failed glass unit in the door for 50 years from the date of installation under normal wear and tear (exception: vandalism, acts of God, units with beveled specialty leaded glass, decorative glass or blinds in between the glass).
10 Year Warranty on Decorative Glass
Decorative glass units are warranted against seal failures, defects, and stress cracks for up to 10 years.
Finishes Warranty
Signet and Embarq Fiberglass Doors are warranted against flaking, checking, blistering, or peeling for a period of 15 years from date of installation. Heritage Fiberglass and Legacy Steel doors are warranted against flaking, checking, blistering, or peeling for a period of 10 years from date of installation.
Storm Door Warranty
Storm Doors carry a 1-year finish and mechanical warranty from the date of installation under normal use and service (exception: vandalism, acts of God, wind damage, or blow-offs).
Transferable
This warranty may be transferred to the Owner’s immediate transferee provided the owner 1) Registers their warranty here within 30 days of project completion, and 2) the transferee notifies Rite Window & Door in writing at the address below within ninety (90) days of the property’s deed transfer date. The correspondence must include the original owner’s name and address, and the transferee’s (new owner’s) name and phone number.
