From the first phone call to the final product, our experience was super. The people were friendly and knowledgeable. The installers were fast, extra careful when bringing in things or taking out the old shower and did a great job. Our new shower looks great! A huge improvement over the 33 year old fiberglass wreck that was there!!

I have purchased new windows from Rite Window and had purchased a new front door a couple of year ago. The products are of the highest quality and the whole Team (Sales, Project Mgr, Onsite Project Lead and the Project Installer) are all very good to work with - good communicators and skilled craftsmen.

I had a winter installation and was worried about the house being cold. Workmen worked quickly and carefully, removing and replacing each window one at a time. My outside door was able to stay closed except when they were bringing a window in. Quality product, my house is brighter and warmer.

The installer Tom and his helper send a text with an arrival time. Very friendly and happy to answer questions. They laid down floor protectors and everything was spotless when they left.
