Exceptional Doors for Every Home

Rite Window and Shower has installed both windows and a shower in my home in the last three years. I highly recommend them for both projects. They stand by their lifetime warranty and the quality of the work is outstanding. Individual attention was given to the final customization of my windows..greatly appreciated.

David team did our windows in southern Maine, an over 2hr drive from Boston. They communicated in advance on when they would be there, did a great overall job replacing 8 windows in a two day span. His team was friendly, engaging, and overall the best. Most of all he and his team get a 5 star review from us and our dog who might be their biggest fan based the amount of pets and playing they did with him. From start to finish, a great experience. The sales pitch was low pressure, and the quality of work is outstanding. In and out in one day and they replaced 10 windows (two of which were not standard) and one exterior basement door. The basement door was a mess, and they did an amazing job of fitting a custom door in a totally new frame. I couldn't be happier with the end result.

It has been a couple of months since the shower installation. We are very happy with the quality of both the installation and the shower components. The fit is great. The material is easy to clean. Our goals (being seniors) in replacing a tub, were to have a safer to use and easier to maintain shower. The goals were met.

Our family was very pleased, from start to finish, with the service of Rite Window. Our sales person, Chris, was very professional and answered all our questions well. The installation team was fantastic. They were efficient and worked together as a team extremely well. I was even surprised at the detail of the caulking job in our shower. I’m really picky and they were excellent.

David's crew for the installation were phenomenal. 3 guys in total. One for the demo and install, one for clean up and cutting and the other for exterior flashing. 9 windows in total. 8am arrival, 230pm completion. Talked me through the process, spray foamed, trim pieces for new stops, caulking (interior and exterior) and clean as can be. Very impressed with the customer service and attention to detail. Will definitely use again and when we do, will be requesting David's team for install.

Great sales experience. No pressure, sales person was knowledgeable and respectful. The install team (2 people) did my 15 windows in a day! My house is ancient so they had to replace a good amount of wood also. I was amazed! They left the yard clean as well as inside the house and their workmanship and professionalism was excellent! Couldn’t be happier with Rite Window!

Timelines were well adhered to and on the day of install (7 windows total) the crew was incredibly efficient. Arrived well on time and we're done within a few hours.

Not only do they have fantastic service and great prices, but this is a group of amazing, kind people. My Mom contracted to get the windows in her home done with Rite Window (and, I remembered helping her pick them because of the great quality and price). She unexpectedly passed away less than a week before they were supposed to come and do the installation. The team at Rite Window (especially Cheryl) was amazing, kind, and patient the whole way as I took a lot of time to figure out what I was going to do with the house. I ended up deciding against the window installation, but Carlo still provided me the windows that had been ordered, in case the next owner of the home could use them. I cannot say enough about the kindness and peace of mind I received from the team here--that is a business worth supporting. I will recommend them highly in the future to anyone.

It has been six months since Rite Window and KOHLER installed my new shower. There have been zero issues and it is everything I hoped it would be. The sales person, Steve and the installer, Ricardo were both personable, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The end result was magnificent, and everything has been excellent.
