Exceptional experience start to finish. From sales, Beau, to Rick the installer and his crew, very satisfied. Always kept up to date with progress and any questions I had. Special shout out to Beau, Rick and certainly his friendly crew he brought with him. They could not have been nicer to my wife and I. Clean and professional installation. We had a shower installed using Rite Window who partners with Kohler and Kohler luxstone The installation crew was very professional and efficient. The whole renovation was done in less than a day and the quality of work was impressive. I would definitely recommend this service company and the Kohler system to anyone considering a shower conversion.
We had a walk-in shower installed (tub and wall tile taken out). Everything worked out well. Installers arrived on time and in 11 hours installed the walls, fixtures, door, etc. We appreciated the varied choices of walls, fisxturesly, extras. And are extremely happy with our choices. The sales rep was non-pressure, which was welcome.
From the initial contact to the finished product I could not have been any happier with this company, their people and their work. Both appointments, for the sales call to the full day installation were on time, despite my house being over two hours from their location.The sales rep was extremely helpful and anything but pushy. He explained the whole process, answered all questions and carefully measured and priced out the project.The installers were absolutely the best. They were extremely neat and respectful of our home, did their job to perfection and left the place spotless with a beautiful new walk-in shower replacing our old tub/shower combination. If there is such a thing as a totally seamless household project, this was it.
RiteWindow ads are RIGHT on in terms of quality and value for price. They are not the cheapest, but not the most expensive, their sales rep is thorough but is not pushy at all and doesn't take hours of your time. When our initial installer got injured the morning of our job start date, the scheduling manager was able to get a 2-man crew out same week rather than making us wait, AND it was New Year's week. The crew came at 9am and was done installing 8 windows by 2pm, and they cleaned up thoroughly and mopped the wood floors! Our windows look great and couldn't have come at a better time given we now live on Neptune (cold and wind)!
I was skeptical when i was approached by a sales person at BJ’s. However the whole process was so smooth and professional. The work is very high quality. The installers were polite, kind and professional. The financing program is so good. A very big thank you to Rite Window and Kholer. Would recommend to everyone

My wife and I always wanted a walk in shower, so after shopping around we went with Kohler installed by Rite Window of Massachusetts. We were very pleased with the quality and the workmanship of the product. The workers were very professional, courteous they even used drop clothes throughout the house and cleaned up after themselves when the job was completed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rite Window or Kohler products.
