Rite Window went above and beyond all reasonable expectations to meet my totally unreasonable time constraints for job completion. Every staff member involved, including sales, scheduling and the installation crew worked quickly and professionally. Kohler products are pricy but high quality, skilled labor difficult to find and expensive so the price paid reflects the quality and the timing needed to meet my needs; therefore, reasonable. Thanks to all.

I want to thank Rite Window for their outstanding workmanship on my new custom doors. They have an extrodenary team of professionals who lead you through every step from sales to installation that is flawless. I applaud Brian and Connor for their attention to detail while installing my doors. They were efficient, professional and extremely friendly. I was impressed by Phil, supervisor of installation whom stopped by to make sure the job was going well and all my needs were met. He too, was impressed with Brian and Connor for their workmanship. I was left in good hands. It felt reassuring that all their team members care and go the extra mile. I also want to thank Steve Koudanis for his expertise in selling us the exact doors, front and back of my house, that look, fit and feel like they belong to my craftsman style house. I truly recommend Rite Windows for all your door replacements needs. It was an excellent experience from start to finish, and my doors are going to last me a lifetime. It was worth every penny to have the security of such strong steel doors with specialized thresholds that will never rot, and move with your home. Recently had new windows and Sliding Door installed By David and his Crew very satisfied with the hole process from the start to the finish All were very professional and polite great workmanship explained the process Details of the installation and timeline at the end of each Day they cleaned up like they were never here l would highly recommended David for any project needed in your home.also I would like to acknowledge the hole Rite Window team from Steve the salesman Janice from the production department and everyone involved in this process thank you for great experience

From my consultation with Colin, to my installation, everyone was courteous, knowledgeable, and personable. Colin was able to help me save as much money as I could finalizing my project.

Because of a hip abnormality, my walk in shower was listed as a medically necessary rush job and everything was completed in less than 20 days. I added a fold down seat and hand held sprayer, both game changers for this aging senior. The end result, a beautiful, extremely functional walk in shower with the highest quality materials. The workmanship and aesthetics, very appealing!

Rite Window and Shower has installed both windows and a shower in my home in the last three years. I highly recommend them for both projects. They stand by their lifetime warranty and the quality of the work is outstanding. Individual attention was given to the final customization of my windows..greatly appreciated.

David team did our windows in southern Maine, an over 2hr drive from Boston. They communicated in advance on when they would be there, did a great overall job replacing 8 windows in a two day span. His team was friendly, engaging, and overall the best. Most of all he and his team get a 5 star review from us and our dog who might be their biggest fan based the amount of pets and playing they did with him. From start to finish, a great experience. The sales pitch was low pressure, and the quality of work is outstanding. In and out in one day and they replaced 10 windows (two of which were not standard) and one exterior basement door. The basement door was a mess, and they did an amazing job of fitting a custom door in a totally new frame. I couldn't be happier with the end result.

It has been a couple of months since the shower installation. We are very happy with the quality of both the installation and the shower components. The fit is great. The material is easy to clean. Our goals (being seniors) in replacing a tub, were to have a safer to use and easier to maintain shower. The goals were met.

Our family was very pleased, from start to finish, with the service of Rite Window. Our sales person, Chris, was very professional and answered all our questions well. The installation team was fantastic. They were efficient and worked together as a team extremely well. I was even surprised at the detail of the caulking job in our shower. I’m really picky and they were excellent.
