I was exploring the idea of a shower renovation and called Rite to come provide a quote. Steve, the rep who came over, was so thorough and detailed that I ordered the work that day. It's a huge purchase for me, but I felt very comfortable with Rite and with Steve. The demolition and plumbing was very fast, and they did not leave a mess for us to clean afterward. The installation was done in one full day, and the guys who came to do it were awesome. They knew exactly what they were doing, worked hard all day, were very careful not to leave a mess or ding the walls as they brought things in and out, and were so friendly and polite. They did most of the cutting in my garage since it was raining a bit and before they left they'd vacuumed the entire garage floor to clean it up, my garage floor has actually never looked this clean, I was amazed! Regarding the quality of materials and work, it is beyond my expectations. The Kohler brand is worth every penny. The shower head has noticeably improved the water pressure and feels amazing. It feels like showering in a luxury hotel. The guys who completed the installation did top notch work. Every line of sealant is perfectly straight and even, the measurements and cuts were exact and they made sure to test the shower heads, bath faucet and drain in front of me to be sure everything was installed properly. I'm so impressed and thrilled with my experience from Rite and will be recommending them to anyone who asks for a shower renovation company recommendation. As a side note, I'd highly recommend springing for the rain showerhead upgrade. It's the most luxurious thing I've ever bought for my house and worth every single penny. Now I'll have to renovate my entire bathroom to match how fantastic this shower is.

I used Rite for a Kohler bath shower conversion. I also had another company stop by. The difference between the two was starting. The other salesperson was not experienced and unprofessional. She let us design the shower, pick choices and only after quoting did she mention that they had a premium product I might like! Finally, I was pressured by offering a discount that was good only if I signed today. I showed her the door quickly. Rite was completely different. There is only one product in various colors and styles. Salesman was very knowledgeable and price at end was fair and lower. No sign now pressure at all. Work scheduled and two men showed up. They immediately covered every part of my carpet and floor. They worked efficiently and professionally. Verified everything was what was ordered. Barely stopped for lunch. They had arrived at 9 and finished at 5pm. The shower looks incredible! They even vaccumed at end. Works perfectly, no leaks, all joints are perfect. We had panels to ceilings and also on ceiling and it looks great. Highly recommend Rite if you are considering this project.

I had 10 windows replaced. The installation team, lead by Quentin, did a FABULOUS job. I had no idea it would be so labor-intensive. My old windows were only 1" thick and the new windows are 2-1/4" thick, so all around the window had to be cut in another 1-1/4" in order to seat the new window into the opening. It took about an hour just for the cutting. They did their best to contain the sawdust and put plastic sheeting over everything that mattered (like the electronics). They insulated around the opening, installed the new windows, taped everything so it would be waterproof, and cleaned everything up; it was like the mess never happened. The quality of their work was outstanding. There was a sudden rain shower, which lasted over an hour, but they put insulation sheets in the siding so it made like a roof over the window opening... no water got inside, and they kept on working through the rain. Rite Window can be very proud to be so well represented by their installation crew. Quentin really went over and above what was required. There was a section of soffit that was popped out of place near one of the windows, and he fixed it while he was working on the window. I had a couple of windows that had been leaking water; and a handyman had taped around the windows for me last year, but that proved not to be the source of the leak. Quentin checked for any other evidence of water damage, but it was only around the windows themselves. He also checked the roof for me, and found one possible source of the leak, which I will address if the leaks continue. I'm going to have the remaining windows replaced next year, and I hope to get the same crew to do the installation. Below are some photos. The first photo is the old windows, with the grids.
