An all around great experience! Salesperson John D went over numbers and helped us get to where we needed in our budget.
The installer Tom and his helper send a text with an arrival time. Very friendly and happy to answer questions. They laid down floor protectors and everything was spotless when they left.
Communication with Rite Window was excellent throughout the process. The project manager called during the install to make sure everything was on track. I highly recommend Rite Window.

Rite Windows was the best decision for our 8 window removal ( 3 windows of which were steel framed) and installation of vinyl double hung windows . What a wonderful experience. Quentin and Charles were here promptly at 830 am and worked right through 730 pm, just one long day! Both Quentin and Charles were very friendly, very respectful, and knowledgeable of window installation. . From removal of old windows to installation and removal and restoration of the steel frames, attention to detail, plus cleanup , these guys are the dynamic duo.. Charles working inside the house and Quentin working outside, both double checking each other’s work. The real deal at a very reasonable price.
Highly recommended. A five star job! Thank you Rite Windows!

UPDATE on 1/20/25: disappointingly enough, 6 of the 8 installed Rite windows are extremely drafty under the bottom lip of the windows. We had to insulate brand new windows to keep the draft out! The top of the windows are also drafty. We have 30 year old Anderson windows that have less draft. Gee, the windows were installed correctly according to customer service. Not much you can do.
Folks, don’t waste your money on RITE vinyl windows.

From start to finish Rite Window took care of me! Pete Smith, the consultant they sent out was honest, attentive, and followed up on any question I had in a timely manner. The install team arrived on time as promised, got right to work, and finished the job in a timely manner. The whole process was great and I even sent them to my parent’s house for work after my great experience! They also experienced the same great service I received!

We had a great experience throughout the process. I have used Rite Window on 2 occasions over 4 years and had a large picture window replaced along with 12 other double hung windows requiring some outside trim replacement. Also had my front door and storm door replaced. Rite Window did a great job, removed all the old windows and scrap. They completed the job quickly and I would recommend them to anyone. Very professional and knowledgeable installers.

Exceptional experience start to finish. From sales, Beau, to Rick the installer and his crew, very satisfied. Always kept up to date with progress and any questions I had. We had a shower installed using Rite Window who partners with Kohler and Kohler luxstone The installation crew was very professional and efficient. The whole renovation was done in less than a day and the quality of work was impressive. I would definitely recommend this service company and the Kohler system to anyone considering a shower conversion.

We had a walk-in shower installed (tub and wall tile taken out). Everything worked out well. Installers arrived on time and in 11 hours installed the walls, fixtures, door, etc. We appreciated the varied choices of walls, fisxturesly, extras. And are extremely happy with our choices. The sales rep was non-pressure, which was welcome.

From the initial contact to the finished product I could not have been any happier with this company, their people and their work. Both appointments, for the sales call to the full day installation were on time, despite my house being over two hours from their location.
The sales rep was extremely helpful and anything but pushy. He explained the whole process, answered all questions and carefully measured and priced out the project.
The installers were absolutely the best. They were extremely neat and respectful of our home, did their job to perfection and left the place spotless with a beautiful new walk-in shower replacing our old tub/shower combination. If there is such a thing as a totally seamless household project, this was it.
