Our family was very pleased, from start to finish, with the service of Rite Window. Our sales person, Chris, was very professional and answered all our questions well. The installation team was fantastic. They were efficient and worked together as a team extremely well. I was even surprised at the detail of the caulking job in our shower. I’m really picky and they were excellent.

David's crew for the installation were phenomenal. 3 guys in total. One for the demo and install, one for clean up and cutting and the other for exterior flashing. 9 windows in total. 8am arrival, 230pm completion. Talked me through the process, spray foamed, trim pieces for new stops, caulking (interior and exterior) and clean as can be. Very impressed with the customer service and attention to detail. Will definitely use again and when we do, will be requesting David's team for install.

Great sales experience. No pressure, sales person was knowledgeable and respectful. The install team (2 people) did my 15 windows in a day! My house is ancient so they had to replace a good amount of wood also. I was amazed! They left the yard clean as well as inside the house and their workmanship and professionalism was excellent! Not only do they have fantastic service and great prices, but this is a group of amazing, kind people. My Mom contracted to get the windows in her home done with Rite Window (and, I remembered helping her pick them because of the great quality and price). She unexpectedly passed away less than a week before they were supposed to come and do the installation. The team at Rite Window (especially Cheryl) was amazing, kind, and patient the whole way as I took a lot of time to figure out what I was going to do with the house. I ended up deciding against the window installation, but Carlo still provided me the windows that had been ordered, in case the next owner of the home could use them. I cannot say enough about the kindness and peace of mind I received from the team here--that is a business worth supporting. I will recommend them highly in the future to anyone.

It has been six months since Rite Window and KOHLER installed my new shower. There have been zero issues and it is everything I hoped it would be. The sales person, Steve and the installer, Ricardo were both personable, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The end result was magnificent, and everything has been excellent.

Rite Window did an amazing job on our shower to tub conversion. Top quality (and beautiful) products, professional and precision installation, points for good clean up, and responsive super nice people at every step. Highly recommend! Jake was an excellent resource from the start, he did a great job answering all of our questions, not being pushy, and ensured we knew what the process would look like. He put together a compelling offer that was high quality and fairly priced. He was able to help guide us through some of the Mass Save components as well which other organizations weren't as familiar with. We are happy we went with Rite Window over our other quotes.

Dave and his team did an excellent job installing our windows. The craftsmanship of the installation is significantly better than our existing windows and it shows. They removed old window weights, insulated gaps, replaced any rot, and made beautiful seals on every window. These weren't all easy installs, but they were able to get each window in properly. The tilt function was broken out of the box on one piece of window hardware, and Dave replaced that hardware right away to ensure everything would function.

The ProVia Aspect windows with triple pane glass are the perfect window option for us, the fact that they are highly efficient, but have a slimmer frame profile made them a perfect fit for our home.

This is one of the best renovation experiences I’ve ever had! Great communication skill by all members. The demo and installation teams were hard working and respectful. The results were impressive and better than I expected. Something’s to remember, even though the workers clean up when they leave, you will still need to do your own cleaning afterwards. This is a very dusty job. I put a cover on my smoke detector to prevent it from going off. They were very good about answering concerns and questions, so ask them. Plan for it to take more than 1 day. In hindsight sight, I should have expected the tile to need to be replaced. The job was more complicated than I thought but everything worked out for the best.

An addition to this afterwards, I noticed some gaping on the parts of the trim. I was able to reach Steve, who explained how this is normal but gave me alternatives. We stayed with the original, as is.

The only suggestion that I would make to Kohler is to make the trim piece in the corners nicer looking.

UPDATE: 3-2025: Google apparently doesn't allow individual reviews for the same place even though the last work that was done was over four years ago. Anyway, fast forward to this year January of 2025. One of my doors needed to be replaced, I didn't hesitate to give them a call. Their rep John Lyman came over to the house, gave me my options and we ordered the door. A couple of weeks later, the door arrives and the work crew showed up on time. The two guys made quick work of the job. They updated and repaired the frame. The installation of the door was done pretty quickly. I can't say enough of the work these folks did. After the job was done, they cleaned up the workspace nicely and that was it. The hallmark of a great job is an uneventful one. The door is great, the workmanship was even better. From start to finish this was a solid job. Next year I will have them back to take care of a larger project for my giant kitchen window and porch windows. I can't say enough for the great job that they did.

I needed to have my cellar door replaced and since I had begun the process, I figured I would also repair my cellar windows. As soon as I started to peel back the rotted wood, it became apparent I would need a professional. After fielding seven different vendors, Ritewindow was the clear winner. Not only because of price but their willingness to take on the job. We're in a weird time where vendors actually refuse jobs! I had Anderson windows come by, they took one look at the door and my windows and said they won't do the job. Simply unbelievable! John was my first point of contact at Ritewindow, saw the job and priced it out. He answered all my questions and its clear he knows what he's doing. The next person was Bob who came by and took measurements for the door and the windows. Please keep in mind some of these windows are in really tight spots with little room to actually work. After taking my order, John let me know that my special order steel door would take some time and I was more than fine with that. I got an email three days ago letting me know that the Ritewindow crew would be by in the morning. Mark, Bob and Mike showed up to the job, I did the walk through with Mark and expressed my concern with one of my windows and like a true professional said "we do these every day!" They began their work and when they were finished I was ecstatic! The windows apparently were no problem at all! The door looks fantastic and more importantly it now gives me a level of security I didn't have before. Nobody is coming through that door! I can't praise them enough for the job that they did and I am more than satisfied with the job they did. My only regret is that I didn't have any tip money for that work! Looking through the reviews on Google, I find it stunning that anyone would have had a bad experience. I found this company really pleasant to deal with from the front office down to the crew that did the job. I will not hesitate to call them in the future for other jobs I have planned. This is top shelf service!
